We operate a no win no fee which means if we do not recover anything for you there is no charge to use our services.
If we win our fees are set as a percentage of how much we recover for you based on the following scale.

£50,001 or above | 15% | £7,500.15 to our maximum capped fee of £10,000 |
Below are a number of examples of how much our fees and tax (VAT) would be
Example 1
If we recovered £450 for you our fees would be 30% plus tax (VAT)
Our Fees (30%) – £135
Tax (VAT at 20% of our fees) – £27
Total amount you will need to pay from the £450 – £162
Example 2
If we recovered £2,500 for you our fees would be 28% plus tax (VAT).
Our fees (28%) – £700
Tax (VAT at 20% of our fees) – £140
Total amount you will need to pay from the £2,500 – £840
Example 3
If we recovered £125,000 for you our fees would be capped at a maximum of £10,000 plus tax (VAT)
Our Fees (capped) – £10,000
Tax (VAT at £20 on our fees) – £2,000
Total amount you will need to pay from the £125,000 – £12,000

Please note once you have entered into a no win no fee agreement with us you have a cooling off period of 14 days in which you can cancel our agreement without charge and without reason. If you wish us to start your recovery within that 14 days you will need to expressly confirm with us you wish us to start within the 14 days and you understand you will loose your right to cancel.
